These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Revelation Recruitment - Terms and Conditions of Business

1. Definitions
“Agency” refers to Revelation Recruitment.
“Client” refers to the company or organisation engaging the Agency’s recruitment
services.
“Candidate” refers to any individual introduced by the Agency to the Client for a
temporary, contract, or permanent position.
“Engagement” includes employment, contract work, consultancy, or any form of
professional engagement.

2. Scope of Services
Revelation Recruitment provides recruitment services for Finance and IT roles, including:
Permanent placements
Fixed-term contracts
Temporary assignments

3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate job descriptions, role requirements, and relevant company information.

Notify the Agency immediately upon engaging a Candidate.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations.

4. Fees and Payment Terms
Permanent Placements: A fee of 20% of the Candidate’s first-year gross annual
salary, payable within 14 days of invoice.
Contract/Temporary Placements: Fees are charged at an agreed hourly/daily rate,
inclusive of statutory costs and Agency margin.
Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Candidate Replacement Guarantee
If a permanent Candidate leaves within [8–12 weeks], the Agency will provide a free
replacement or a partial refund, subject to terms.

6. Introductions and Liability
Introductions are confidential. If a Candidate is engaged within 12 months of
Introduction: the full fee applies.

The Agency is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the Client
arising from the Candidate’s performance or conduct.

7. Data Protection
Both parties agree to comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Candidate data will be handled securely and only for recruitment purposes.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with [7 days’] written notice.
Fees remain payable for any Candidate engaged within 1Week of introduction.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Revelation Recruitment – Candidate Terms
and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Revelation Recruitment (“the
Agency”) and any individual (“the Candidate”) who registers for or engages with our
recruitment services. By submitting your details or engaging with our consultants, you agree
to these terms.

2. Scope of Services
Revelation Recruitment provides recruitment services for Finance and IT roles across
permanent, contract, and temporary positions. We operate both within the UK and
internationally, working with reputable employers to match Candidates with suitable
opportunities.

3. Candidate Responsibilities
As a Candidate, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including CVs, references,
qualifications, and right-to-work documentation.
Inform the Agency of any changes to your availability, contact details, or employment
status.
Maintain professional conduct throughout the recruitment process and during any
placement.
Notify the Agency immediately if you are offered or accept a role introduced by the
Agency.

4. Fees
Revelation Recruitment does not charge Candidates for its recruitment services. All fees are
paid by the hiring client.

5. Confidentiality
You agree to treat all information provided by the Agency or its clients, including job
details, interview arrangements, and company information- as strictly confidential.

6. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR, Data Protection
Act 2018, and relevant international laws.

Your information will only be shared with potential employers with your prior
consent.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by
contacting us at info@revelationrecruitment.com.

7. No Guarantee of Employment
While we strive to match you with suitable roles, registration with Revelation Recruitment
does not guarantee employment or engagement.

8. International Placements
For roles outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring you meet any visa, work permit, or
legal requirements in the destination country. The Agency will support you with guidance
where possible, but cannot guarantee visa approvals or relocation support unless explicitly
stated.

9. Termination
You may withdraw your registration with the Agency at any time by providing written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate our services at our discretion if the terms are breached.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by
local jurisdiction for international placements.
